Stacy A. Le Piere
Las Vegas Valley Water District
Stacy is a Risk Management and Finance Professional with a 30+ year career spanning from Wall Street to Main Street. She began her career in commodities at Bloomberg, has worked on Wall Street, in Washington DC, and at an East Coast electric utility.
In 2000, Stacy moved to Las Vegas to become a business owner and operator, where she oversaw 10 franchise locations for 15 years. In 2016 Stacy joined Las Vegas Valley Water District, where she currently works in the Risk Management Department overseeing the District's 20+ insurance policies and overseeing all insurance requirements in contracting.
Stacy is originally from Orinda, California and holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. She earned her CPCU designation in 2024 and currently serves as a director on the board of Nevada Chapter of RIMS and is the 2026-2027 president of the Las Vegas CPCU Society Chapter. She also serves as a Steering Committee Member for The Water Leadership Group (WLG), a consortium of 30+ water and wastewater districts.

Blair Wachob

Blair Wachob is a Senior Director at CSAA Insurance Group, where he oversees a team dedicated to supporting underwriting strategy throughout the entire policy lifecycle. Beyond insurance and underwriting, Blair is passionate about identifying and developing future leaders. Blair has obtained multiple insurance designations, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims Management (AIC-M), Associate in Commercial Underwriting Management (AU-M), Associate in Regulatory Compliance (ARC), and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS). Passionate about continous learning, Blair has earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, an MBA from Frostburg State University, a Master's in Emergency Management from Tulane University, and a Master's in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Originally from Seattle, Blair has lived in Las Vegas for the past 25 years.
